Zelos is proud to be the inaugural founding donor of the Mount Royal University Student Fund (the Fund). Our team members work with students and the faculty in this important initiative connecting academics with real-world work.

The Fund is actively looking for more donors and speakers.

Zelos believes the Calgary Immigrant Women’s Association (CIWA) is providing critical programs that improve the integration of new Canadians into the local workforce. We support CIWA through providing internships in their three flagship programs: 

Zelos is a proud participant in the 50 – 30 Challenge. At Zelos we believe in the power of team diversity. Our globally educated and experienced team is a key competitive advantage for our firm, and we continually strive to promote inclusion within Zelos and our community. The initiative between the Government of Canada and business and diversity organizations, asks participating members to aspire to two goals:

  • Gender parity (“50%”) on Canadian board(s) and senior management; and
  • Significant representation (“30%”) on Canadian board(s) and senior management of other under-represented groups, including racialized persons, people living with disabilities (including invisible and episodic disabilities) and members of the LGBTQ2 community. The program and participants recognize that First Nations, Inuit and Métis peoples as founding peoples of Canada are under-represented in positions of economic influence and leadership.
